Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Great machine

Spinner 9/10/2026

I like the fact that the machine cleans my clothes very good. It is quite a bit louder than other machines I have had but does a better job of cleaning. Its water capacity is easily adjusted, and the softener dispenser is where it needs to be and easy to clean. The spin cycles spins clothes almost dry. Overall I™€™m happy with my purchase other then it being loud..

Happy with purchase

GeorgiaJLD 8/9/2026

This unit replaces the same Amana washer ruined through a power surge. There is slightly more clicking as the cycle progresses than with the previous version of this model; however, I'm extremely happy with this machine. Most of my washing in with cold water on a delicate setting, and I'm happy with the agitation and amount of water used.

I'm not a fan of my washer, first the tub is to deep for me when it comes to getting the clothes out, second problem is putting fabric softener in at the right time and to get the lid open to put the softener in.

Great Washer Machine

Amana928AZ 7/22/2026

I've been very happy with my Amana washer. It's simple to use, runs quietly, and gets my clothes consistently clean, even on heavily soiled loads. I also appreciate that it has enough capacity to handle larger loads, which saves me time and energy. The washer has been reliable from day one, and I like that it offers the features I need without being overly complicated. It's a great value for the price, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend an Amana washer to anyone looking for a dependable, easy to use washing machine.

Computer board caught fire - huge safety concern.

Computer Fire 7/9/2026

DO NOT BUY!! I have had trouble with this washer ever since I purchased it. Until yesterday I noticed the back of the washer was smoking. After I unplugged it and allowed the smoke to dissipate I opened it up and found that the computer had lit on fire. This is an unbelievable safety concern. I haven't even had this washer for two years.

AMANA WASHER MACHINE

Alimar 6/29/2026

It is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. The machine is already malfunctioning after less than two years. It turns itself on and makes a noise as if it were spinning, but it doesn't actually spin; it gets stuck in that repetitive cycle until we unplug it. When we plug it back in, the same problem persists, with that draining or spinning noise. We try to start a wash cycle, but it is difficult to get it going. We use it once a week, running three wash cycles. It is a terrible machine; the sensor failed far too quickly. Was it done on purpose? Did they sell us a refurbished machine? I don't know. It isn't fair, right, or honest.

Not worth it.

Erin3 6/25/2026

Do not buy. We purchased this washer a year and a half ago from Lowe™€™s which I understand is now barely out of warranty and it is now draining as it is filling up. We have tried everything and it appears this is an issue with the control board. We called and someone was set up to come 2 weeks later. The day before they let us know it would be $150 simply to run a diagnostic. Not even fix the washer. Amana has noted other washers have had the same issue but since ours doesn™€™t fall into the correct time frame, we would have to pay everything. I do not recommend this washer.

Bad Control Board - Don™€™t BUY

MrEric 6/13/2026

Model NTW4516FW4 Serial CD040989 a washing machine should last at least 2 years. Unfortunately that is not the case with this unit. Despite recalibrating the washing machine, it is stuck on the drain cycle. Unfortunately, the manufacturer warranty ran out and Whirlpool wants $350 for a control board - ridiculous price. Don™€™t buy unless you purchase extended warranty. Amana & Whirlpool sell junk.

Worst washer I've been unfortunate enough to use.

Mini mvp 6/8/2026

This washer is the absolute worst. It destroyed every single piece of clothing I own. It ripped gaping holes in my very well made quilts, despite them being full size which is not big, and washing them alone, each one alone singularly. It took hours and hours and still made my clothes feel barely washed. I don't even care about the waste of money, I am LIVID about my belongings!

Garbage

Redo 6/6/2026

Washer is less than 2 years old and it is at the dump. A known issue with the control board causing the pump to continuously drain and never reaching the spin cycle! The machine has to be unplugged before it will stop draining! Amana™€™s solution is buy a service contract for $30 a month so I can have a broke down washer waiting on a tech to fix it who knows how often?! Very dissatisfied with this purchase and will deter anyone asking from an Amana purchase! Thanks for the sopping wet clothes and thanks for a lesson in what not to buy.

Exactly what I expected

Fire 3/25/2026

I bought this a few months ago and it™€™s done his job pretty well. The only thing I don™€™t like so much is that sometimes it takes a little bit more than one wash to get a smell out if there is a smell other than that if you put too much in there, it will sense it and not start it another thing I don™€™t like about it is it doesn™€™t tell you when it™€™s actually done with the wash, but I will say that this is a very reliable machine.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

FURIOUS 3/24/2026

i have had this washer for 8 months. i have had a repairman come to my home THREE TIMES IN 8 MONTHS. the motherboard needed to be replaced. the repairman told me there was an "unofficial recall" on this piece of garbage. Amana should make an OFFICIAL RECALL!! i received a letter stating my warranty will expire in June. i called to ask for an extension at no cost to me since i had just had the main part replaced due to it being faulty. i was told NO but i could BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. when i asked for a manager, the rep told me there wasn't one available but SHE made all decisions. i will NEVER buy Amana again. all of the positive reviews for this piece of junk have to be Lowe's and Amana managers trying to save face for an otherwise CRAP MACHINE!!

No Fabric Softener Dispenser

NoNickName73 3/18/2026

I don't like this model at all. The limited instruction manual doesn't match the washing machine I purchased. The water level settings are confusing. My machine doesn't have a place for fabric softener. There is no way to time the wash/rinse cycle to put it in. Only cold water rinse...I hate it.

Don™€™t buy Amana washer

Ria26 2/4/2026

My washing machine is not even two years old and has already broken. We bought this machine brand new for a family of 4, and use it as much as an average family does, and it broke within 2 years of use. The washer keep draining water and never stops until I unplug it. Working with Amana customer service has been horrible and unforgiving. If you value your money, I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from purchasing this for your home.

No frills machine for the win!

Curlygirlmom 2/1/2026

I bought this washer almost 5 months ago. I was specifically looking for a machine without all the bells and whistles. Computerized components tend to break more frequently. This washer fits the bill perfectly! Simple + a great price, but still gets the job done. I have run approximately 175-200 loads of laundry. There's ample room to do a decent size load of laundry. There are various settings, depending upon your needs for each. I've been very happy with my Amana. I think you will be too. This washing machine does a great job!
