My dishwasher is perfect for my small kitchen...all stainless steel interior ...Cleans perfectly no spots..,It was purchased in May 2018...over a year later I wish I could get the keypad to work...The warranty is out and my dishwasher is also out...I know the product is really well made but for some reason ...it will not turn on or when it does it is a random times.

Really like this purchase! I have had this for approximately 4 years, and has worked great all this time. It does seem to run for a long time, but overall that would my only complaint.It now needs to be serviced. The latch has broker, and won't lock to close so it won't operate without being closed shut tight. I would purchase this again.

I only used the dishwasher two times and then the circuit board fried due to a power surge in the area, which Frigidaire's warranty department determined fell under "An act of God" so they would not cover the cost to prepair it. Why they don't have a built in thermal fuse or surge protector on these is mind boggling. I paid $217 for a new circuit panel and will attempt to repair it myself, as the cost to have an appliance repair person do it is almost the cost of a new one. Although is cleaned the discuss well the two times I used it, this will be the last Frigidaire product I ever own.

Great Bang for the Buck

Replaced older 18" dishwasher in our game/media room area due to a leaking gasket. It was noisy and did a very poor job cleaning. Had the new Frigidaire installed (replaced old black unit with the nice Frigidaire stainless unit). Bottom rack has great flexibility. Controls are very straightforward and more options than most in this price point. If you're in the market to replace a semi-rare 18" model, I recommend this unit.

Love it! i like that it's more energy efficient than my old one (Frigidaire also, lasting 18 years) i mainly run it on the 'energy saver' cycle and 'air dry'. uses only 2.7 gal of water and takes about an hour for the entire cycle. dishes are clean, even pots and pans and streak free (i use white vinegar in the rinse container). i think the upper water arm/sprayer makes a huge difference getting the items in the upper rack cleaner. and, the decreased water pressure results in the lighter items (such as plastic containers) not being tipped over leaving them full of dirty water. i didn't think i'd like the smaller size silverware container, but i do. i did take the removable upper stabilizers off as many others did. it's quiet. dishes come out clean and dry.overall, i consider it greatly improved over the older models. love the stainless steel front.......now, if it lasts another 18 years!!!!!!!

I bought a new dishwasher but you can see from the cords in the back that it is not new. It was installed correctly but does not work. Frigidaire REFUSES to provide a new one and instead requires the used one delivered to be repaired. So I essentially paid for a new dishwasher and am getting a used one! Once it™€™s repaired how long can we expect this to work until it breaks completely after the warranty ends?

Rusty Lower Rack

I purchased this along with Induction Range, Refrigerator, Microwave, and 3 Ton Air Conditioner in May 2017. The lower rack is rusting badly so I contacted customer service and was told that the warranty only covers functional failures that occur within the first year of ownership. I can order the replacement for $96.50. I really don't think that the rust started after the first 12 months. Frigidaire should stand behind the products they sell.

Quiet - Gets dishes clean !

Installation was simple; dropped right in where the old 18" unit was, with only a couple minor tweaks to the feet levelers - no carpentry required ! The Frigidaire is MUCH quieter than the "Brand K" unit it replaced. I kind of miss the old-school analog rotary timer dial at times - you can't tell what part of the cycle the machine's in; adding a dish mid-cycle is a crapshoot - might be before the main wash (great !), or in the middle of the final rinse (not so great...) It's very frugal with water, and the delay start is a nice feature if you're headed for the shower.

Have a full size Fridgidare in my other home and can barely hear it running. This model is not that way, cannot watch tv while it is on, so run it at other times. Utensil basket is not adequate. Seems to perform okay fine wash wise.

I bought an 18™€ dishwasher (Frigidaire) and it was installed about three weeks ago. It had a broken seal so water went all over the floor after installation. The repairman came within 48 hrs and was very nice but since the appliance was made in Italy it took about 10 days to get the part that the new dishwasher needed. It took him an hour to fix it and he told me he was never doing that again. I have run it through a rinse cycle and didn™€™t see any leaks. Having it come broken and brand new isn™€™t high on my list so I gave it one star. Hopefully I will be happy with it now that it is fixed.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an old one that was 12 years old, and I've had this one for a little over 4 months now. It has been horrible. From the first day I noticed an awful chemical/petroleum product smell that filled up my whole house. I thought maybe I needed to give it a few weeks to "off gas" and burn up any oil in the motor or whatever was causing the smell. But over 4 months later, the smell is as bad as when I first got it. After a couple of months, I noticed that the sealant on the grout on my tile floor in the kitchen looked like it was being eaten away, and dirt has started to stick to it in spots near the dishwasher. When I walk in my bare feet on the kitchen floor, there is a slight oily residue that causes the dirt to stick and the bottoms of my feet turn black. I have to scrub the grout with a heavy duty brush every few days to get the dirt that has accumulated off. Then, after all this, in the last month or so, the dishes have been coming out dirty, and with white residue on them. I have cleaned the filter and checked to make sure the spray arms weren't clogged, done cycles using dishwasher cleaner, and added rinse aid but nothing has changed. I am using the same detergent that I have used for years, and my previous dishwasher never had this issue. This dishwasher has caused so many problems for me. I'm extremely disappointed in this product and would never recommend it.

This is a fine dishwasher to fit in a small space. It lacks the features available on normal size dishwashers that you get for a similar price and is relatively loud but it seems like that is what you get when you buy an 18" dishwasher. Cleans good. I wish there were more features and options available in an 18" dishwasher but I guess I'll take what I can get for a limited space.

Had an issue with dishes not drying but had repair out to look at it. Turns out it was just a matter of moving the drain line and adding spot free rinse agent. Love it now.

Fits a lot in a small package

My wife wanted a second dishwasher and we didn't have enough room for a regular sized one, so this is what we got, and I must say, it works quite well

Excited to learn this had 2 washer sprayers- now I can put pans in the bottom rack and not worry about blocking water flow. The top rack is deep enough to hold some of my bigger pots also
