My wife pus way too many dishes in to get washed. I always think they will come out dirty from the water not being able to get to all the stacked dishes. So far, a month in, i havent been able to prove myself right to her. Great machine!

Quiet but latch keeps breaking

I bought this unit 2 months ago and thought it was okay, until the door got stuck so I couldn™€™t open it. There is no lock button so no reason why it should be locked. I was finally able to pull it open but then it wouldn™€™t stay closed! Even in the middle of a cycle, you could open the door and the water would not stop running. I called a repair man; he fixed the latch and left. The next day the lock stuck again and I had to pull it open and now it won™€™t lock again! So disappointing! This really is a terrible dishwasher.

Dishwasher came with our house in 2017. First year or so, worked fine. Now it seems to leak occasionally around the door. I am going to try to replace the door seal, but if that doesn't work I'm going elsewhere. The thing is loud, and does a poor job drying, overall I give it a 35/100 score. It does its job, just not well at all.

I bought this unit 3 years ago when I upgraded my kitchen to stainless steel appliances.Have to say I'm really sorry now I got rid of my Bosch white dishwasher, this unit makes it look like a superstar. The cycles take FOREVER and even on heavy duty wash, often some pieces just don't come clean like they did in the Bosch.Now, a small piece of plastic broke on the "dishwasher control panel" behind the START button, which is really just a small piece of plastic that pushes the micro switch on the circuit board. Gonna cost me $75 to replace. I might as well buy a better unit from someone else.

We bought this dishwasher with our new home. Here we are 1 1/2 years later and the dishwasher doesn™€™t work anymore. It starts a load and runs for approx 5 minutes then stops. Cycles are never completed. We emailed customer service and they were no help. Basically said call a repair guy to come out.

Worst dishwasher ever

This dishwasher came with my new home purchase and is the worst I have ever experienced. It is less than 2 yrs. old and leaks under the door. All seals are good and clean. I understand it is likely builders quality however, given this is my first experience with a frigidaire appliance, it is very likely my last. The oven and refrigerator are also frigidaire and sub-par as well. The stainless steel is on all pieces is low quality and doesn't polish/clean very well.

I bought a house that was never lived in before. This dishwasher was on the house and was not installed before. When I took position I hired a plumber to install it for me. We realized that the machine has a crack inside its body and is basically unusable. I need to through it away because according to the manufacturer the warranty is not transfereable to the second owner. I can't understand why. The design is really poor and can easily break. Save your money and do not buy any product from this manufacturer. The customer service is horrible! Really disappointed.

This unit came with my newly renovated home. The touchpad works fine, but no water ever enters the cleaning chamber, so the dishes do not get cleaned.I now have to wash dishes by hand...smh. It's the nicest looking and most expensive drying rack I have ever purchased.

Bought this dishwasher and started using it in October of 2017. The dishwasher itself has just started to leak as I can see the water dripping from one of the parts underneath the dishwasher, and of course the warranty is only for one year. If you buy a dishwasher brand new you expect it last longer then a year and a half. Disappointed with frigidaire and will definitely be looking at other brands!

Don't Buy - This model

I got this model one year and two weeks ago. It started leaking at almost exactly after the warranty ended. For $400 this should last more than a year. It leaks from the center of the unit. I now have to bring in a repair man. After his fee and the parts its cheaper to buy a new unit. It wont be this one and most likely not a Frigidaire again!!!

It is set up different than my old one but now used to it! I t does an excellent job of cleaning my dishes. The only negative i see is the wheels ....they go off track easily when I have a full load if Im not very careful moving the rack in.

This was a builder's appliance wiht new home. Runs quiet, but loading is a bit limited. Too much space between top and bottom drawers and not enough top-side. Overall cleaning satisfactory, albeit a tad too long.

I bought the dishwasher 3 months ago, it already needed a new circulation motor and discharge pump. That part was very frustrating. Having said that, the warranty team is superb. Handled everything, and the washer is up and running again.

the dishwasher works well, but I'm worried about the weight of the door. It seems very light. the configuration of the inside doesn't accomodate a lot of varied items, but if you're washing a lot of plates, it's great.

Bought this six months ago and it has been very reliable, easy to use, and quiter than any dishwasher I have owned (this is my fifth). Plates, utensils, pots, pans, you name it, all come out clean with very little needing to be done over again unless we put things in with far too much left on them.
