I've had this stove for just over a year.I do not do much cooking and this stove has been used minimally. The glass top does not clean easily, water stains it. Tonight the glass top cracked while heating up. There is no reason the glass top should crack just from using one burner to heat water. This is an expensive piece of crap that should have lasted at least a couple years.

This unit was brand new in my home when I purchased it. The range has been very quick to heat up, without making my home get overly warm. I have enjoyed the many features that the range has to offer. I would forsure buy this range again!

I didn't buy this product. It was installed in the kitchen as part of the previous owners renovation. However, it was new when we purchased the property. My wife and I have been using the range for one month. Do date it has operated well. The oven will preheat in about 15 minutes. Everything we have baked so far has done so evenly.I like the flat top of the range because I can turn it off when boiling certain items and the residual heat will continue cooking, thus saving energy. The only modification I would make is installing a "Start" button to begin the oven preheat sequence or the timer.

Worked great for first few weeks. Heated up fast, but all of a sudden now the oven will not come on. Waiting for CS to assist. Stove top still works great. The light to show hot surface can be confusing to a new users as you think is means something is on, yet that's good so you know the surface is still hot and not to place something on it. Especially for a user that is used to an old coil burner type of stove. the Flat top can be tempting to lay something on it so the light can help prevent that. Great feature

This came with the new town home I bought 7 months ago. I've never had a glass/flat top stove before. I miss gas, but this seems better than the coil burners. Overall, the features are easy to use, keeping it clean is simple, and cooking temperatures seem even. This has been a good solid product so far.

I like the oven, it is simple in design. However, when you set the temperature you have to wait for a beep or hope that the oven is already heated after waiting a while if you never heard a beep because you were listening to music or something else has your attention. It doesn't visibly show that the oven is preheating or show indication that it is preheated or not.

This came with my new home. It and the fridge have had issues since day one. Freezer draw is to small falls off tracks, top door henge of freezer is bent and rubs making horrible sounds and stove isn't calibrated to the right baking temperature. Now after 6 months the inside of my stove has completely quit working. I have a child I have to cook 2 to 3 times a day. This is a cheap stove for high price. I hope it gets fixed but very disappointed in product quality. I love my microwave and dishwasher from Frigidaire, hope they don't do the same and start messing up.

I purchased my brains from JCPenney in May 2019. I have had issues with the range with in a month or two after I purchased it. I have had health problems and was in the hospital and was not able to file a complaint until February 2020. I am still under a warranty for the range and the issue still has not been resolved. I was told that the issue is cosmetic when it is not. The oven is smoking from the back of the oven. I had two technicians come out to look at the oven and the first technician was rude in the beginning and he did not assess the Issue I have with the range. I told him the representative thought it may be the fan that was causing the oven to smoke. He took the back of the oven off and said that there was no fan When it should be. I told him the reviews on the stove were poor for the electric range for a Frigidaire and he told me that the reviews were great because they do release all the time. I believe the reviews are mostly good on Frigidaire.com website because they are offering a chance to win a $1000 gift card. I told him that the reviews on consumer affairs for the Frigidaire gasp when it should be. The range was not manufactured properly from the beginning it is missing a psrts and my pots and pans stick to the surface. The technician told me to use a razor blade to clean the surface of the oven and I do not believe I should have to do that when I paid over $800 for the stove. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau.

This oven was purchased by our contractor to replace a GE oven which was ruined in a fire. I find the burner sizes to be very strange. One is too large, the quick boil size is the that fits most pot sizes but it heats up too quickly. The back ones are pretty useless. Just seems odd to me.

I bought my electric range not realizing that its not self cleaning, which all stoves should be. Its completely discouraging to bake then you have to turn the range off and back on to broil.The features of this range are dated.
