I have only had this for a few months and had no isses. I like the quality of the racks, but it would be handy if it came with some metal baskets to store items in so they would not fall out. Although I did not see any that came with that such item. I also would like to see an alarm of some sort if the door was left open or if temp increases above a certain amount. I have friends that have this type feature and that would be a grat addition. The seal is fantastic and items freeze quickly. I would reccomend this for a basic unit, but if your are looking for more features you will have to pay a bit more of course.

Less than a yr old the freezer went out ruining ove $400 worth of food and frigidaire will not compensate any amount for the loss of food. We purchased through rcwilley and they offered 150$ and said to contact frigidaire to help with the loss as well and they refuse. Less than 1 yr old and their product goes out so now were without! REFUSE TO BUY ANOTHER FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT AGAIN!

My husband and I bought this freezer hoping to have it for years. After 3 years and finding out now that it only has a 1 year warranty when it died, to say that we are more than disappointed would be an understatement. We bought frigidaire for the name but apparently the quality has declined. We are now in the search for a new freezer.

Stops working 1x/year

This is a great freezer in theory and I want to love it but every so often in the past 3 years I have owned it, about 1x/year it just stops working after frost builds up along the lower shelves. I find this to be incredibly frustrating as I am often left having to offload or toss hundreds of dollars worth of food. Luckily each time I let the fridge completely defrost and empty out the water in the drip pan it seems to go back on and works fine.

Quit working in 10 months

I bought this in September 2019. In May 2020, the freezer started to make loud noise. We balanced it and it seemed to help. In July, the freezer didn't keep the temperature down. We had to move everything to the other freezer. While we were moving things and kept the door open, the freezer just quit. We had this product for only 10 months and it's already not working. Very disappointing. We will avoid buying Frigidaire products again.

The reason I didn't rate it a 5 star is the location of the temperature control. Its like on the 3rd shelf back right corner. You can't see it unless you remove your frozen items. Strange place to put a temp control.

Just one month ago we bought this quickly and on a scratch/dent discount - appearance did not matter for a garage freezer. We are so happy with this so far! So much room! The multiple shelving on the door and all in single rows is tops!! Got this freezer with four shelves and a lower basket - wish it had one more shelf, but I can see the extra holes to change shelving are already there for if I find an additional shelf someday. The plastic key is a little concerning - wish it was metal. Very happy with the Stine crew who sold and delivered - both very kind, gentle and easy to work with!

Tried to find a freezer everywhere, even a used one and nobody had one. I made a ton of calls and finally found a furniture store that had one coming in on their truck that morning. I rushed to their store and bought it. Turned out to be a Frigidaire 20.2 cu ft freezer and I couldn't be happier with this freezer. I had purchased 1/4 of a cow from a rancher and desperately needed a freezer to store it in. Love this freezer. I have 66 lbs of 80/20 hamburger in the door and more than enough room for the steaks and roast's inside. I have enclosed a picture. I would recommend this freezer to anyone.

I've had this since Dec. 2019 and it's been perfect. In addition to the amount of space to store, I especially love the feature where it reseals upon closing the door. I barely push the door closed and you can hear the freezer resealing. I don't ever have to worry "did I shut the door tight enough?" like with other freezers.
