Freezer ran fine for 28 months, then the compressor dies. We did not purchase extended warranty because our previous freezer lased 29 problem free years. Frigidaire arrogantly refused to stand by there product by offering any assistance. Good riddance Frigidaire!

I bought from Lowes and got a 5 year warranty, it lasted 6 years iced up and stopped with over $800.00 in food, I went to store and bought a new one again a Frigidaire upright , This one lasted 6 1/2 years. I kept my old one set it up again made sure to tilt it and it's kinda working so I can get another one . It will not be a frigidaire.

Purchased this as our main freezer on the fridge was not large enough. After 6 months it died and we lost all our food during covid. Freezer was fully stocked and now struggling to recoup the food loss since meat purchases are still limited by us. Died 7/13 and still waiting for repair.

I brought this freezer about 8 months ago, it worked perfectly for holding my surplus meats and cheeses. About a month ago, I noticed that it wasn't freezing like it use to, there were Ice blocks towards the bottom of the freezer and eventually it stopped working. I made a claim on frigidaire's website, set up a maintenance visit, and he came the following week. My freezer was fixed on site. Great customer service and speedy repairs.

Living in Florida you never know what the weather might bring, from hurricanes to power outages, my freezerr is just the ticket. My Frigidaire is a 13.8 Cubic Ft. upright and can hold a tremendous amount of food able to feed my entire family for weeks and it doesn't take up a lot of room in the garagae either. Tip: should your power go out, save and fill 3/4 way with clean water from used orange/any juice bottles.(I save mine) Place bottles in bottom portion of freezer this will help keep your food cold for several days.

The freezer is meeting my expectations thus far. Plenty of room and the shelves are very flexible to different configurations. The noise can be a bit loud (compared to a refrigerator). However, the freezer is located in our garage so it really doesn't matter. Glad we purchased!

I bought this about 6 weeks ago. Works great so far. I really like the upright model. The only con is where the coolness dial is located. It™™s near the bottom on the back wall so is very hard to see, especially when stocked with food.

Due to the Caronavirus this freeze was the only option left but it is awesome! no regrets at all and with 5 kids we definitely could use to extra room. It is a no frost freezer which is also a win! we wanted a smaller deep freezer but i am glad we got this one instead.

I bought this freezer last month and it's been doing great. Very roomy and it seals great everytime you shut the door. I never had an upfright freezer before but now that I have tried it I only want upright freezers from now on. It allows you to organize your food easier and locate it much easier. Look forward to the years ahead that I will have it.
