Absolutely horrible product. Glass in the door has shattered on two occasions, obviously a defect in production because the first time it shattered was the first time I used it and the second time was the inner glass that I can™™t even touch. Dangerous and concerning. Also Frigidaire customer service is awful in helping with this.

Nice looking stove, but the oven stopped working. I get in touch with anyone at their 1-800-374-4432. My oven hasn't worked in 1 year other than the stove top. I paid a lot of money for this range, and of course it stopped working just after the 1 year mgr warranty. I don't know what to do I spoke with a few repair companies, however I cannot afford to have it fixed. And wouldn't you know this model has been discontinued. I am so Disappointed with Frigidaire. I can't bake, roast , broil such a waste of my hard earned money. I can't afford to fix it and I can't afford to purchase a new one. I am so upset.

This stove was provided as part of our home purchase. Its a good base model stainless gas stove. It has all the basic features. It's easy to use. I like the elongated middle burner for use with a cast iron griddle. Only giving three stars because its not mind blowing. You know, its just a basic stove.

Moved into new home 2.5 years ago. Soon after we moved in we smelled natural gas. Could not find the problem until 3rd call out to trace natural gas smell. Repair person traced it back to the stove. My family and I do not feel safe with this stove.

We bought it not long ago for our new home. We had an electric range in our old place, and this is an awesome upgrade. I personally really like the different functions - power burner, simmer burner, etc. Not only that, the cost to use it is about half that of our old one. Definitely recommend.

Nice 5 burner cooktop with good spacing between the burners for cookware and a center oval for a griddle. It did not come with a griddle, but easy to use your own directly on top of the grates. Nice variety of burner outputs. Oven is lackluster with no dedicated broil burner. It uses the bake burner from the oven as a broil in the drawer below. Not being self-clean it seems to have more heat escape the range during baking. Already had one repair at 3 months for the oven overshooting temp.

I bought this a few months ago for a tenants apartment. It has a nice stainless and black finish, also heavy cast grates on top with five burners. Burners remove easy for cleaning.Overall great for entry level stainless. I wish though the broiler was in the oven like the model that is about $100.00 more. This broiler is in drawer under oven, hope tenant can understand it.

This product's oven door broke due to "manufacture defects"( per the technician this company send) after owning it 18 months. Since it was after the 12 month warranty, I did not get any help from fridgidair. Plus I had to pay $100 for their technician to come to my house.

This range is great. The burners light quickly and the oven works consistently. The only oddity (for us) is the alarm. It keeps going off every 30 seconds or so until you turn it off. Overall we are satisfied with this product.

I like that the stove burners are different sizes. It is nice having different sizes for different needs. The largest burner gets a large pot of water boiling considerably faster than the electric stove I used at my old apartment. The long burner in the middle that fits a griddle is a definite plus. The oven is easy to use. All the controls are intuitive. The only feature that I don't like is the broiler being in the small tray underneath the main oven- only shallow dishes will fit, no large roasts. That may not be an issue for some people.

This is a great workhorse in our house. The BTU's generated on the stove top more than do the job for any variety of cooking and the grates run the entire top are rock solid! The oven heats up to temperature rapidly and appears to be very energy efficient. The electronic oven control panel on this model is simple and just what I wanted - not excessively "busy", and should it ever need replacement the cost is about 1/3 of the panels with more so called 'features'. This range looks set for the long term and appears to be a very good investment. I am happy!

We just installed this stove and so far, I love it! Great selection of burners for different size pots. Top cleans easily and everything seems heavy duty. It beeps when the oven is preheated rather loudly. Only complaint so far!

I bought this stove online through Home Depot. Upon opening the box, the top of the stove was covered in what appeared to be a dry layer of coffee/soda. And the back of the stove has a large dent. After calling customer service twice, they agreed to pay for repair of the stove. However I had to clean it. I am still waiting for the company (A third party) to come repair the stove. I am frustrated and disappointed with the quality of my Frigidaire product. Pictures are attached of this occurrence.

I got the stove in November of 2019. It was a life saver cooking our holiday dinner. I was able to cook our meal faster with the 5 burners, and the broiler drawer. I love the oven light too. Cleaning it after was so easy with all removable racks.
