I got my new refrigerator a month ago, and it's exactly what I wanted....I LOVE it! Love all the features. I am not currently using the icemaker as I am in a co-op apartment and my water is on the other side of kitchen. I specifically did NOT want the exterior water because I did not want the wasted space from the tank, and this met my requirements. Great extra large bins on both doors, I love the temperature display and the lighting. The black stainless steel is beautiful. Hopefully, it will last a long time.

Nice refridgerator. Lighting is very good. Temperature control is good. A little noisy (but not such that it's a bother). It's not as deep as the other refridgerators we've had which leaves more room between it and the island in the kitchen. Only real complaint is when opening the freezer drawer and pulling the ice tray out, a few ice cubes fall out to the bottom. They don't seem to interfere with closing the drawers back.

The ice maker and the bin it uses are a disaster to use in day to day operation. Every time you open the freezer section it dumps ice out on to the floor or into the bottom of the refrigerator so you have to fish it out to close the door. This seems to be an issue with this model french door refrigerator it has not been an issue with the other one we own.

Purchased at Manny,s TV & Appliance in 2018. Within on month the freezer stopped working. Lost some food, had to empty it. Fortunately, have a 2nd refrig in the garage. Within a few days, started working again, then failed again. Now it is working. We will wait a fews days before loading food in the freezer again. This was very disruptive for us. Inside lighting of refrig is excellent. Deli/Cool drawer isflimsy. When closing, wants to go crooked, not straight back.

My new Frigidaire is beautiful and functional. Truly is a counter depth frig.I would only make the deli drawer two separate drawers so you don't have to open both frig doors. But it is pretty inside and out.

It's hard to find counter depth refrigerator that actually has enough room. Knowing that I had to have counter depth, I didn't want an in door water or ice dispenser taking up precious space. This model fits the bill. The shelves are all easily adjustable to fit whatever you need. I like the chill drawer for the kids snacks. The freezer has an ice maker and fits everything we need. The freezer drawers easily slide in and out. The color fits with our other stainless and black appliances. Overall very happy.

I™™ve been looking for a counter depth refrigerator for months that had enough space inside and didn™™t cost a fortune. Then I found this Frigidaire 22.5 cubic foot, and the size was perfect and the price was reasonable. Looks beautiful. Have not had one problem with it. You do need to purchase a filter though to get the ice maker to work™"found that out the hard way.

I've had this fridge for just about three months. We are generally delighted with it. I had a service problem with it, though, and the warranty service took way too long (and too many phone calls) to get a tech here to solve what turned out to be a very minor problem.

I bought this refrigerator three weeks ago through Sears. I love the black stainless finish and the bright lighting inside. I was replacing an older French Door refrigerator (a different brand) and I'm glad I went with Frigidaire. Even though it's a counter depth refrigerator, there's ample room inside. We have had our Frigidaire for four months and have been loving the upgrade. We had very specific space requirements and this is the largest we could have gone and we are loving how it fits. The black stainless steel looks nice in our currently mis-matched kitchen and does the best job I've seen of keeping fingerprints off of stainless. The space in the fridge is wonderful and I'm getting used to having the freezer below. We have been having water coming from what we think is the filter area which we need to look into, otherwise this would be a 5 star review!

Wrote and earlier review concerning the loud popping sound from this unit that seems to be getting worse. I was hoping Frigidaire would have come up with a fix for this by now. It is certainly irritating to be woken up some nights from what sounds like a gunshot. Can anyone from Frigidaire let me know if there is a fix? If one does a web search for Frigidaire popping sounds, there is a site that verifies this is not only happening with Frigidaires, but with other brands that apparently use the same imported compressor system.

That's because Frigidaire and/or its authorized service agents ship crucial replacement parts by ground methods that can take 7-10 days to deliver, excluding added delays for scheduling service calls to diagnose and complete such repairs. Consumers now accustomed to routine next-day or two-day delivery of ordinary online purchases will be offended that a company like Frigidaire is not willing or prepared to expedite repairs when its unwitting customers are forced to do without adequate refrigeration and must incur spoiled-food financial losses while enduring such avoidable repair delays.

The unit cosmetically looks great. Has some nice features, and is normally very quiet when running. My only complaint is that about every 8 hours it will make what is sometimes a very loud startling pop sound that I would compare to a gunshot at a neighbor's house. Even my dog, who is hard of hearing is jolted by the sound. I had a warranty repairman come by and he thinks it may be a normal defrost sound, but was concerned by my description of the loudness. Of course, it did not happen while he was here. I do not have the icemaker connected yet and have lifted the ice bar, so it is not coming from the icemaker. I have seen similar complaints on the popping sound on the internet, so I hope Frigidaire comes up with a fix for this. Please put me on the list if you do!

We™™ve only had a month. So far it is working great. But we were disappointed when we bought it that the warrantees on key aspects such as the icemaker and condenser were so limited. With that said, it™™s a beautiful color. It has great capacity and we love the bottom freezer.

We "settled" for this fridge when the one we had ordered failed to arrive. What a bit of serendipity! Love this fridge. The great internal layout and dramatic opera lights make me feel like I'm watching a world-class performance each time I open the door. The interior is so well-designed. Spacious, easy to locate items, sensible shelf arrangement, roomy veg/meat/cheese bins, great in-door storage, well-organized freezer compartment with a slick storage area for large flat items like pizza. This thing churns out ice like nobody's business. The status panel is in a convenient location. The fridge is very quiet. It is audible when the ice-maker fills but otherwise, we hardly know it's there. The doors close on their own without having to push them closed. The exterior is beautiful and nearly smudge-proof. Love it, love it, love it.

Owned this refrigerator for a month. Freezer slide rail broke almost immediately. Still waiting on warranty replacement. Freezer door "pops" every time it is opened.Enjoy flexible configuration of fresh food compartment. Excellent drawer design and cool LED lighting. Like hidden hinge design.Design of freezer compartment not so good. Top shelf should be taller to allow for better flexibility and access. Ice storage could then have a smaller foot print and bottom section would be less of a lost food pit. I do prefer this pull out drawer design versus our previous one with swing out door.
