Just 2 of us, and the fridge is pumping out more ice than we can use. Nice sized fridge, with good configuration options. Only had it a couple weeks, but happy with it so far. Only thing I'd knock is the door alignment - right door is about an 1/8 of an inch higher than the left - can't seem to get it adjusted without it binding.

Decent fridge, but loud and flimsy shelves

Fridge looks nice on the outside. Roomy on inside. But makes a very loud sound when compressor and/or fan turns on, 3 or 4 times as loud as our previous Samsung. And the shelves inside are flimsy. The deli drawer feels very cheap and doesn™€™t slide easily or stay straight. Wouldn™€™t purchase again.

We purchased this refrigerator when our previous one's freezer stopped working. There was only this option to purchase in stock, that met our requirements and dimensions. We don't like that the bottles, etc on the doors' shelves rattle if the doors are allowed to close on their own, and the freezer door does not always close automatically with a little push. The positive features are that the dimensions are the same as our previous one, so it fits perfectly, and has 2 more cubic feet of storage, and the inside is well lit. WE also don't like that you often to have to open both doors to reach anything in the frig.

Freezes Food in the Back and Non-Stop Ice - Repair People Have no solution

I purchased a new Frigidaire 3 door French door FFHN2750TS about 2 months ago. Ever since installation we've had a lot of moisture in the fridge and freezer, freezing of food in the back of the fridge and an ice maker that never stops. We've looked at all the "what to do' and finally called for a service. The first "certified" repair person looked like they never saw a refrigerator before and was talking about getting a new compressor. I declined.I then had another come whose solution was to show me how to pack a refrigerator to keep items away from the vents so items don't free and to manually move the ice bar up and down when I have enough, or need more, ice. I expect more from a $2.5k fridge in 2021.Very disappointed in not only the refrigerator but also the "certified" customer service.

I purchased this refrigerator because my last one went out on me. I didn™€™t like my last was because it was a side by side but it came with the house. I love this one so far. Great options for drawers and shelves. Only one complaint. The protective plastic is impossible to get off. Unfortunately, when it was installed, they didn™€™t take the plastic off before putting on the handles and putting the drawers in. It has taken me hours and I still don™€™t have it all off yet.

I did an extensive search and review before my purchase and so far am very pleased. There was some reviews about the freezer handle falling off. At delivery I was shown the tool for the handles and how to use it. And just a week later the freezer handle started to become loose. So I tightened it some and it has been good so far. So maybe the handle falling off was because they did not take care of business as soon as it became loose. The freezer is a little heavy to pull which I wasn't pleased with at first. Then I saw a video on FB with a small child opening a freezer and getting stuff out on their own. My granddaughter is 1 and first thing she did was try to open the new freezer. When she is a little stronger she could of opened the old one, pleased to say she will not be able to open this one. Of course I am used to the heavier door, and it is now not an issue.

We have had our new Frigidaire French Door refrigerator freezer for about six weeks. Contrary to internet haters and consumer reference guide ratings, it has performed extremely well with excellent temperature control and plenty of room in all compartments. The stainless steel finish is extremely easy to keep clean. With the occasional exception of expansion / contraction pops, overall operation is very quiet. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was quite excited with this choice and thought I had done solid research but I™€™m disappointed. My last fridge of another brand had the handle break and the door features became messy. For those reasons I wanted a fixed handle and no ice/water in the door. I also wanted wide food shelves for milk and egg cartons. Those things were a win with this fridge. However, the ice tray is driving me crazy. It fills up fast but every time I open it, 6+ cubes drop behind the freezer drawer and roll all over the floor. I have to reach in daily to manually lift the bar to stop/start ice production and it™€™s getting old cleaning up the mess each time. I also can™€™t keep the outside clean. Even the smallest brush of a finger leaves prints and it™€™s not pretty. Many other brands are print resistant and I™€™d trade other features to not be wiping the doors every few minutes. in addition, the freezer drawer is heavy and takes a good shove to close. I even checked that it was not tilted forward. Other ones I have had glided closed much easier. Its quite the annoyance. Lastly, we cannot get the all the plastic off the edges. its minor but makes a difference.

Bought this fridge about a month ago now. What an upgrade from the standard fridge. So much customizable space in both the fridge and freezer. Keeps things as cold as you set it to and very helpful having the controls easily accessible. Have had some problems with the French doors closing all the way. Seems like closing one sometimes opens the other door due to the vacuum it creates but with the temperature alarm it helps notice it isn't shut all the way. Freezer door does not seem to have any problems sealing yet. Overall great purchase so far.

I was told by service it must be that it is not level. It is perfectly level.Do not purchase, safe yourself the frustration.

Had this fridge less than a year after the first month the compressor went bad then a few months after that the coolant pressure went up causing a knocking noise. & now it has to go into the shop to have the coolant system sealed because its leaking. I will never buy this brand again. also the freezer handle keeps falling off.

I love this refrigerator! I can keep things so organized with the wide space. The drawers are able to be seen easily so I don™€™t forget what™€™s in them. Also, the lighting is great in it. As for the freezer part, I™€™ve never had a bottom type before and wasn™€™t sure if I™€™d like it, but it is so convenient. Two weeks in.... the size of the fridge is great. The ability to move the shelves and adjust height is greatly appreciated. The compressor is loud, thought something was wrong until i read instructions stating the noise is normal.Cleaning us spills is a pain. Me defrosting ran down the side, inti the light cap and to the bottom of the fridge. Could not get it all cleaned up. Trapped in the seams.

Great for our Family Needs

We were desperate for a new fridge as our previous non-Frigidaire model stopped working after less than 5 years. It would have cost hundreds to fix, and our repairman suggested we instead pay a little more than the repair fee to buy a new fridge. His first recommendation was Frigidaire. Off we went to our local non-big box appliance store where we found this model, which happened to be the model they could deliver to us the quickest. We took it right away and are so happy we did. Ample space for all our food and freezer items, and it keeps everything the right temperature. Two items to consider: the doors are not super smooth when they close. It can be difficult to move the inner shelves and door shelves around but once you have that sorted it is fine. In fact on day three one of the door shelves broke. Overall, considering what we paid, the amount of space (27.6 cubic feet!) and the level of cool/freeze it provides I have found this fridge to be a great value for our family of four. But due to the issues mentioned above I can only give it 3 stars.

We are SO frustrated with this appliance! First one died in one month. Second one arrived and ice maker does not work. Scheduled a repairman visit which is taking over three weeks to arrive. Now every time the power goes out the frog turns off, does not stay on with our generator, and needs manually restarted! This is our weekend home! On the coast which has WIND. No one else™€™s frig in our neighborhood does this! Useless appliance!!!!

Purchased the Fridge in December and it was delivered quickly, but the door handles could not be installed as the screwed were sheared off. Worked with the retailer, contacted the brand, receive the wrong parts, could not get a hold of anyone at the brand and had a poor experience with retailer customer service. Poor experience all around but a good fridge after I fixed it myself.

Big and bright!

I love how bright it is inside. There are lights from various angles so food infront of the light at one location doesn't dim the entire fridge. Plenty of space on the doors with shelves of various depth so I can organize bottles well.Love the dairy drawer at the bottom where I can store all the cheese, yogurt types of snacks for kids to quickly grab and go.

Bought this out of despiration (fridge shortages) but couldn't be happier. Bright lights inside, quiet compressor, very nice.
