The knobs on the stove have started to peel leaving white chunks of plastic showing. Called about replacement knobs and they said they are $50 EACH,!!! That™™s $250 for new knobs. I really feel that they should be replaced for free or at least at a nominal fee. The whole stove looks awful. I do like the stove but would never recommend buying it because of the knobs!!

I purchased this stove 3 & a half years ago and have loved everything except for one thing™¦.the knobs. Two months after purchasing the stove, my (now) husband had come for dinner. I had one of the burners on low and had forgotten about it. He was trying to help by turning it off for me, and unfortunately was trying to turn it in the wrong direction. The plastic knob broke. I have not used that burner again because I refuse to pay $53 to replace a piece of plastic that would break so easily. Other than this one MAJOR design flaw (and over-priced replacement) I absolutely love it!

We purchased this range in late 2019 as part of a kitchen remodel. It worked great for just over a year until the electronics failed. The oven controls no longer work, and since it is out of warranty we now have to decide whether to try to have it repaired or replace it with a different product. I don't think of appliances as something that should need to be replaced annually, so am really disappointed in the reliability of this product.

The only issue I have had with the oven is the knobs. The are terribly made. I cleaned them with soap and water because they get greasy from the stove top. The paint on one of them pealed off and now huge chunks of white plastic are showing through. The replacement part for this small piece of plastic is $40! It looks terrible.

The stove top gets VERY hot when the oven is on. The broiler takes forever to get hot, as well as tbe burners. The inside of the glass oven door is filled with drippings from the oven. You need to be good and Kenya when it comes to the oven racks. The finish on the stove top looks as tho it was refurbished. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this oven!!! -1

My stove went out during the winter storm and that was the only way to have some hot food for me and my family. I live alone and find it easier to use my toaster convection oven. This stove was delivered October 2019 & I probably have used the oven 10 times. I never expected how awful this could be. I love to cook, but when my chicken cooks in one hour in my toaster convection oven & takes almost two hours in my Frigidaire Gallery, something is very wrong. Last Thanksgiving, I thought I was going to have a heart attack, since the turkey wasn't cooking & I had guests. Last night I started making Pissaladiere, an onion confit pizza. The recipe stated the onions should cook for 1.5 hours. They hardly cooked in that time. This is not a Roast Beef. I finished cooking them this morning for an extra 30 minutes in my toaster convection oven. I bought 8 Frigidaire appliances in Sept 2019. I thought only my refrigerator was bad, my vegetables freeze & the control for adjusting the temperature is pitiful! Now I'm realizing the stove is just as bad!

I bought this gas range to replace one from 1982 that was left in the house we recently purchased. What sold me on this range was the large oven and multiple rack positions. The range came with our new construction house, we had the Frigidaire Gallery collection in our last house and liked them, we had one issue with the insulation in between the glass on the door fell down inside so we had to have a technician come out and fix it, that™™s why I gave it a four star rating.

Our previous oven needed to be replaced, so we went on the hunt for something affordable, dependable, and that had good performance. After doing some research on a lot of models, we chose our Frigidaire. We have been nothing but happy ever since it was installed. The exterior looks wonderful but our favorite part is how quick the oven heats up. The temp seems to stay steady while baking too. Another great feature are the power burners which make boiling water quick and east.
