I always buy Whirlpool when available at a price I can afford. I have faith in the products lasting and working with no issues. My previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool and it worked for nineteen years with no problems, when a part in the computer board stopped working I felt it was a better choice to get a new refrigerator, rather than replace a part.

ok, first I like this fridge with the ice maker in the freezer and NO filter to deal with. But there are a few things I'm not crazy about and had I known I "might" have reconsidered. First the temps can only be adjusted from 4 warmest to 7 coldest , rather than allowing more controled temp by degrees. Second the crisper adjustments are sloped downward and if not careful pushing in crisper the adjuster can get broken, (hasn't happened yet but I can see it comming if not very careful). Third the shelves are not spill proof, for the price paid should be spill proof. Fourth, as there is no filter there is min plastic tubing on back of fridge, on installation they provided anti burst braided hose for hookup from water supply. Problem is the tubing from the water connection on fridge to the ice maker is still plastic tubing and prone to bursting or developing cracks and leaking waterr. Overall Im happy with this fridge as there was limited choice if no water and especially filter is not wanted.

I bought this refrigerator two years ago and within one month the shelf broke it took almost a year to get it fixed and then whirlpool didn™™t want to warrantee it because of Covid they said it took too long for the repairman to get to it even though I reported it the first month after I bought it so finally the place I bought it from supplied me with the part which I had to install myself and it lasted about six months and broke again and when I contacted whirlpool about this they ignored me

Had a very high end fridge before that was only 4 years old and nothing but trouble. After 12 service calls plus in that time we decided to cut our losses and this was recommended by a repair person. Simple is BETTER, so we took their advice. Went to Kleckners appliance, with some help we decided on this and WE ARE SO HAPPY WE DID! Works like a charm and looks good too. The only extra is an ice maker in the freezer. Thank you WHIRLPOOL for peace of mind and a GREAT FRIDGE!

This is the 2nd Whirlpool refrigerator that I have had. The insides are constantly catching on each other, not opening smoothly. Previous one worked well. The freezer has condensation and I have had a repairman out 2x. Turns out you have to slam it shut. The motor is TOO LOUD.

We moved into our new home in early May with only a small Whirlpool refrigerator we purchased for the pantry since the larger one we had selected for the kitchen was on back order (not whirlpool). Our little utility refrigerator has served us well but we needed a larger one as well so when we learned we could get all the features we wanted in this model we changed our order. We couldn™™t be more pleased. As I noted, this unit has every feature we wanted and fits our space perfectly. The no smudge finish on the stainless surfaces is easy to maintain and the clean design fits into our modern scheme seamlessly. We love the deli drawer and the flexibility of the shelving. Just the thing we needed.

The fridge came well packed and cooled down really fast. I am not loving the design. When I pull out the vegetable drawers enough to put romaine hearts away, the drawers completely pull out. If I adjust the shelves enough for a paper carton of milk plus my hand to reach it, the other shelves are too short to store much or get beyond the front. Would be OK for takeout but I store bags of fruit and other fresh items. We elected not to connect the ice maker so we'd have more space. Thank goodness. The tilted bottom makes it hard to store rectangular items like frozen pizza. Have no idea where I would put a turkey. The wp is 2 cubic feet larger than our previous 2 door freezer on top wp but does not seem as useful. Maybe I was just a bad candidate for a French door unit. My husband loves it, its beautiful and fingerprint resistant. Also pretty quiet but we have no ice making noise.

We waited for 7 months for delivery. It was well packed and got cool really fast. Its pretty quiet. I am not loving the design. Missing some features

We replaced our LG refrigerator that died after only 8 years. The new Whirlpool works fine but I do miss some of the features of the old one. For instance, the new one does not have ice or water in the door. I knew that when we bought it. What I didn't realize is that the ice maker, which is now in the freezer, does not have a filter on the water so the ice has a bad taste. I do like the wider shelves on the doors which are very handy. The wire rack in the freezer is not as easily reached as our old LG. Overall, this refrig is okay but not quite as handy as our old one. Hopefully, however, it will last more than the 8 years we got out of the LG.

This monstrosity came with the home I recently purchased. The original owners paid $1629. I would have never bought this thing on my own. There is condensation on top of the freezer door. Not too loud though. Ever go to the bank when the teller puts bills in the currency counter. That's what the refrigerator sounds like.

We had to wait one year after we ordered our refrigerator to receive it. Exciting to have a new one. A few things I don™™t like is that the drawers for vegetables and fruit are not made very sturdy. When closing the drawer you have to be careful to not catch the adjusting lever near the top of the drawer. Also, when the door is closed for at least 6 to 8 hours, there is condensation on the inside frame of the door.

We bought a new Whirlpool fridge, dishwasher, stove and rangehood/microwave back at the end of May and are still waiting on the stove and rangehood/microwave to be delivered. Which fingers crossed is supposed to be delivered today but I have yet to get the call to say they are on their way. The new fridge icemaker didn't work for the first three weeks we had it and we had to get a repair/install guy in to fix it. The stove hasn't arrived yet and we've had to pick out two new stoves and pay another $450 after the original due to it being on back order. We understand with the current shortages and backlogs that things have gotten delayed but even our sales person didn't know Whirlpool discontinued models etc unless he went looking after we contacted him on when we should be expecting our appliances. I tried numerous times calling to get through to someone at Whirlpool and no one answered and had to use the online chat feature which was honestly annoying. Do we like the fridge? Yes, now that it's working. Will we ever order from London Major Appliances again, no. The tone in the sales person emails wasn't always pleasant and we have waited almost 6 months to receive them all after paying in full at the beginning of this process. I'm sure his job hasn't been easy either. So yes, we are frustrated and not really all that happy about our experience. I am never one to complain and have been more than patient with this process. I know this review isn't likely what you wanted but it is what it is. I'll be happy once we get all our appliances and they are all in working order.

Our old refrigerator took a death keel and due to the fact of the shortage of refrigerators now, we were lucky enough to have this refrigerator delivered. That was the end of the luck. Stuff fell out of the freezer and landed on the floor --really yes. The shelves have a gap towards the back and things fell from on shelf to a lower shelf (small cans of pop). We learned if the middle thing that provides the seal between two doors if broken--well good luck you have to get a new refrigerator. I heard Whirlpool was a good choice, sorry I do not think so. I am so disappointed but will make due as the cost for this was $2350 and to me it is not worth 50 cents. I still will see if I feel any differently come three months from now. I am pretty sure this review will be tossed.
