No problems for 7 years...

I really like this dishwasher and hadnt had a single issue with it for 7 years. Recently the water pump line went bad and it wouldnt fully drain. LG was great with customer service and getting a tech out who solved the issue quickly and very nice guy. Overall Im happy and would buy again.

The Service Tech Patrick was Great He was attentive efficient friendly and thorough. The product is a disappointment. In my 50 years I have seen more than my share of dishwashers. Yes when old they die. But this 6 year old rarely used DW shouldnt have a drain hose leak specially not a tear at the clamp connection that seemed more like a product quality issue rather than wear and tear.

Quiet but doesnt clean well

Very quiet and nice looking unit. Does not clean dishes well. I suspect this is due to it be very quiet. It just doesnt spray hard enough to get the job done before. Had a Bosch before this and it was fantastic.
